Focus area for the month of January and February for Central lnspection:- (i) Inspecting Officers have to focus on Infrastructure, Academic, and Administration & ATR for the improvement of result. Progress of Syllabus! Completion of Syllabus and analysis of SA IIMock testJother test result for class XU, Special classes held during winter break and steps taken by HoS and subject teachers for improvement of result are to be verified. (ii) Team leader will discuss the result of class XII 2014-15, First Term Exam and Mock Test I other test result analysed by the HOS and Learning Enrichment programme and will also ensure that HOS do not shift his/her responsibility to other Officers or teachers. (iii) lnspecting Team should hold a micro meeting with teachers after the Inspection and should interact for result and ATR for improvement. Academics - (i) Reasons identified by HoS/Subject Teachers for the low result in the session 2014-15 (On case the result is less than the average result of DoE). (ii) Progress of identified group of students requiring more academic support subject wise on the basis of first team exam/mock test by subject teacher/HoS and action plan of subject teacherlHoS for improvement of res lilt (random verification by Inspection Team). (iii) Good practices adopted by HOS resulting in better performance. (Hard copy cis by HOSI , Inspecting Officer to be submitted: only for SI". Sec. Schools). (iv) Effective execution of learning enrichment programme for Class IXth. (v) Preparation of various Time Tables- (Class wise, Teachers wise, Lab time table, Zero Period, Remedial, Block Teaching and winter break) and their effective implementation. Reallocation of periods in the Time Table as per circular No.OE.23 (555)/Sch. Br/201511275 Dated 30/! 112015 (To be verified only). (vi) Attendance -Monitoring and timely submission of srudents and staff attendance on MIS and attendance of students is properly marked in class attendance register. Long absence case of stafT, if any and action taken by HoS should be checked. Irregular students/students whose attendance is less than 75% should be monitored strictly and written communication should be sent to their parents through post (Copy of anendance of staff and students to be submitted). To verify attendance of Class IX and XII students. (vii) To ensure that subject wise support material of all the subjects of Classes X to XII has been issued to all the students.
