Pathologic Findings- Conventional Lipoma

Single or multiple subcutaneous growths that are soft, rounded or lobulated & movable against overlying skin

A well-encapsulated mass composed of sheets of mature fat cells

Arises in subcutis of proximal extremities & trunk
