February 8, 2019 WebMap Search How-to Quickly finding a specific feature in WebMap can easily be attained by using one of the preset searches. 1. To access these preset searches, simply click on the Query window button (it looks like binoculars) on the Tools tab in the upper left of the map. 1. In the Queries window, use the pull-down menu to select the preset search that you wish to use. In this example we have chosen to use: Search by Neighbourhood Name. In the Enter Neighbourhood box, type in the name, or part of the name of the neighbourhood you are searching for. If you would like to view a list of all possible values, click the box to the right of the Enter Neighbourhood (identified with red circle below). This will bring up all possible neighbourhoods as shown below. Double click to add this value to the query. The Save as box shows how the query will be shown in the Legend and/or data window. It is recommended that you change the default to something more representative of your search, however this can be done after. The two check boxes allow you to customize how your query
