An updated Revised Tentative Seniority List of Junior Assistants (Divisional and

District Cadre) of Jammu Province as it stood on 30-04-2020, forming Annexure 'A' and 'B'

to this Circular is hereby issued for the information of all the concerned officials. <:»"Any official having objections with regard to his placement in the tentative seniority

list shall represent through proper channel alongwith relevant documents with in a period of

21 days from the date of issuance of this circular failing which it shall be presumed that there

is no objection from any official against his placement in the tentative seniority list and final

seniority list shall be issued accordingly. The Date of Birth recorded against the official in the

tentative seniority list shall not be taken as authentic and shall always be subject to

verification from the Service BookID.O.B certificate.
