INTRODUCTION مقدمه

FXTM1 is organizing ldquoMasters of Meta Contestrdquo (hereinafter the ldquoContestrdquo) and invites all new and existing Clients to register andor participate in the Contest

By participating in this Contest a contestant (hereinafter the ldquoContestantrdquo or the ldquoClientrdquo) agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein (hereinafter the ldquoTermsrdquo) as these are set out below together with FXTMrsquos standard Client Agreement and Operative Agreements as well as to all other Business terms and conditions

1 INTERPRETATION OF TERMS 1 تفسیر شرایط

ldquoAccountrdquo shall mean a Clientrsquos trading account with FXTM which the Client deposited with Contest Minimum Deposit after accepting the current Terms

ldquoClientrdquo shall mean a person who has completed the ldquoComplete your Profilerdquo Form within MyFXTM andor the ldquoCorporate Trading Account Application Formrdquo or any other method designated by FXTM has read and accepted the Operative Agreements and relevant identity checks have been completed to FXTMrsquos satisfaction

ldquoExisting Clientsrdquo shall mean a person who became a Client before the Contest Registration Period

ldquoNew Clientrdquo shall mean a person who became a Client during the Contest Registration Period

ldquoContest Minimum Depositrdquo shall mean a deposit in the Account of an amount equal to or in excess of $100 or its equivalent

ldquoMinimum number of lotsrdquo shall mean a number of the Standard lots that the Client needs to trade in order to get the Prizes

ldquoOperative Agreementsrdquo shall mean the agreements entered into by the Client and FXTM that govern all trading activity of the Client with FXTM Operative Agreements consist of the Client Agreement Policies and Terms of Business as these may be found in the Operative Agreements section of the Website of FXTM and as may be amended from time to time

ldquoPrizesrdquo shall mean the prizes as defined in the Table 1 in the Clause 51 k) herein

ldquoProfit Calculation Formulardquo shall mean the profit calculation formula as provided in the Clause 46 below

41 Each Contestant is allowed to participate in the Contest with only one Account entry

45 Upon commencement of the Contest Period the Contestants can trade normally When determining the winners of the Contest these trades made within the Contest period will be considered as per the Profit Calculation Formula set out in Clause 46 below

On the 18th of December 2019 the Contestantrsquos Profit becomes negative Mr FXTM Contestant decides to exercise the reset option and re-enter the Contest The Contestant makes a new Contest Minimum Deposit in the Account and re-enters the Contest with a starting Profit at 0 Mr FXTM Contestant starts his trading activity afresh until the end of the Contest Period

h) In case an eligible winner fails to provide such documents as deemed necessary by FXTM within a 5 Business-Daysrsquo notice the Prize shall be cancelled

FXTM1 is organizing ldquoMasters of Meta Contestrdquo (hereinafter the ldquoContestrdquo) and invites all new and existing Clients to register andor participate in the Contest
