内叶旋流泵是唯一能够使用在含颗粒液体场合下的且不需要稀释介质的泵，能够处理

粘性的介质使得工厂不再需要其它的储存罐和真空系统，节省能源和用水。

内叶旋流泵使用范围:适合输送不同粘度的介质及高粘度的介质.含固体颗粒高达

75%(根椐要求可设计输送 30-80MM 颗粒)及需保护颗粒不受破坏的介质.含有气体或空气含

量可高达 68%的介质.含各种纤维的棉浆,木纸浆.需要柔和输送不宜受离心高速冲击的介

质及污水垃圾等。内叶旋流泵广泛应用于是制药、生物工程、化工污水、葡萄酒、淀粉、

造纸及食品等行业。该泵性能优良，结构合理，使用可靠。

内叶旋流泵优特点:内叶旋流泵的特殊功能使泵能苛刻的条件下应用更可靠,更优越,

更经济,更有效率.同时最重要的是不破坏介质即便是易碎的血液细胞,通过内叶旋流泵也

不会破坏.而且输送颗粒,长纤维及渣滓也无缠绕。内叶旋流泵输送纸浆时是无冲击通过,

保证流体的均一性,而不会产生脱水现象，无任何纤维损失，内叶旋流泵的机机械优点为无冲击，无脉冲，无径向负载，无磨损所

以平叶泵根本不需要太多的零部件更换和维修。

工作原理：

内叶旋流泵其原理是由特殊的平板做叶轮，利用物理自身粘性带动和平叶轮特殊的结构使介质形成层流把流体介质从进口拉

入推出出口。HBP 型离心式内叶旋流泵是依靠物理自身粘性带动和介质形成层流而将流体介质输送。所以介质在泵内无冲击条状

流动，接触叶轮的与管壁的流层相对与叶轮静止不动同步运动无摩擦，在无介质冲击性的来破坏你的产品，有可以保护泵的层流，

所以内叶旋流泵可以从根本上解决产品的破坏，介质对叶轮与泵体的的磨损，堵塞叶轮，产生气蚀等泵常见弊病。内叶旋流泵的

特殊功能使泵能在苛刻的条件下应用更可靠，更优越，更经济，更有效率。同时最重要的是不破坏介质的产品。适合输送不同粘
