For creation of electronic educational resources there are used: Designer of electronic educational resources developed by IDE TSU Cloud services Special software for creation of interactive apps Web 2.0 technologies and services are integrated into LMS «Electronic University – MOODLE» and allow to diversify forms of representation of electronic materials and ways of educational interaction of students and teachers.

Organization of professional development:– Seminars for heads of university units and for

university employees in the sphere of e-learning in Institute of Distance Education

– Professional development programs «E-learning in university», «System of distance learning Moodle in educational process» etc.

Improvement of methods of development of electronic educational content and learning technologies

Organization of training of TSU employees in Russian and foreign higher education institutions and in TSU with participation of scientists and teachers from leading Russian and foreign universities and scientific centers

Organization of methodical conferences devoted to e-learning practices where representatives of the TSU departments participate

22 from 24 faculties and institutes of TSU are included in e-learning system of TSU

In 2005–2013 at TSU as a basic higher education institution of the Ministry of education and science of Russia there was organized professional development of academic staff – over 600 employees from 132 Russian higher education institutions

In 2013–2014 was organized professional development of over 540 TSU teachers within the program «System of distance learning Moodle in educational process»

Over 700 learning courses in LMS «Electronic University – MOODLE» are developed at TSU

Over 2500 electronic educational resources are created at TSU

Monitoring of e-learning by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia

The results of monitoring of e-learning carried out by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia for the purpose of identification of the current level of e-learning development in Russian higher education institutions and of their potential readiness for participation in interuniversity educational projects (monitoring-el.ru) show a high level of introduction and development of e-learning at Tomsk State University. On each of six categories TSU takes one of leading positions.
