Sir, I am directed to convey the sanction of the President of
India for release of the payment
or~ 70,25,000/- (Rupees seventy lakhs twenty five thousand only)
towards 2" 11 iJlstalJml'nt out or the total AAP allocation of ~
1399 lakhs to the state Govt. of Uttar Pradesh under National
/1ission on Oilseeds and Oil Palm (NMOOP) during 2014-15. This
amount released is out of the
total sanctioned amount of f 332.94 lakhs, the details of which

3. The release is subject to lerms & conditions laid down in
the Administrative Approval of the Nt,/JOOP issued vide letter No.]
4-1/2014-CA-II dated 2504.2014. fhe State Government is rcqucsteJ
to incur the expenditure striclly as per approved programme ofNMOOP
201·l .. J5. The funds released for SC/ST/General Category have to
be utilized for the I'espective categol)'
only. The funds earmarked ror SC/ST cannot be diverted ror
Genenl Category. It rna. please be ensured to manage the
expenditure within release made during current fin~tncial year.
4. State Government ubmit separate Monthly Progress Report (MPR)
for each of the Mini Missions.
5. The payment of grant sanctioned above is recurring and may be
debited to the abov mentioned sub-head under intimation to this
Department and the Finance Department of the State Government
concerned.
6. The payment sanctioned above is also subject to adjustment on
the basis of audited figures of expenditure in terms of Ministry of
Finance letter No.2 (l9)/P.ll/60 datcd the 91h
October, 1964.
7. Accounts of the State Govt. in respect of NMOOP shall be open
to tcst check by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India at
his discretion and he will have the right to demand the production
of books of accounts, vouchers and other documents in this
regard.

Sir, I am directed to convey the sanction of the President of
India for release of the payment
of { 33,000/- (Rupees thirty three thousand only) towards 211d
installment out uf the lotal !\AP allocation of { 1399 lakhs to the
state Govt. of Uttar Pradesh under National Mission on Oilseeds and
Oil Palm (NMOOP) during 2014-15. This amount released is out of the
total sanctioned amount of { 332.94 lakhs, the details of whieh are
