Coastal Zone Mapping & Imaging Lidar (CZMIL)

CONOPS

PRIMARY USE The Coastal Zone Mapping and Imaging Lidar (CZMIL) is a new generation airborne mapping system ideally-suited for use in the USACE National Coastal Mapping Program. Seamless topo and bathymetry to 60+ meters, shallow and turbid water penetration, bottom classification & water column characterization, hazard detection and coastal features

• Developed for the Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX) including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ERDC, NAVOCEANO and NOAA.
