Providing the engineering or technician to check and management the
construction, materials of construction.
Set kick off meeting of all responsibilities and conclusion about working plan .
Set the weekly meeting to coordinate and check of all with contractor, architect,
and owner
Set contractor have to do and recheck the plan (Combined Drawing) in every parts
before construction. Because of reducing the mistake and procedure of
construction.
Set contractor have to do the shop drawing and consider to approval before
construction. In case of confliction of design or addition construction, it have to get
the approval before construction.

Set contractor have to the ordering plan of materials and send to approve before
using. In order to delivery manage and control the quality of materials.
Recheck the number of workers that proper with the work
Recheck the materials and machine which enough to the work
Checking the materials and quality of materials that exactly the plan of
construction
Advice and analyze the technical problems
Checking the duration of construction agreement
Recheck and Approve the work that contractor assign each period
Take the Monthly Report to owner
Recheck the work and testing all the systems
Recheck the defect and send to the contractor to resolve the problems, and
recheck again
Hand over the work to Owner with Contractor
Coordinate with contractor in case of training
Collect and hand over the manuals, warranty cards, and keys to Owner
Do the Certificate of Completion to owner
When finished the work, collect the As – Built Drawing which purpose by
contractor
