THE TERMS AND CONDITIOSAMITI ARE AS UNDER:-
J. The contractual appointee will be paid fixed contractual amount @ Rs. 8710/-per month (which shall be equal
to minimum of the band pay+ grade pay). The contract appointee will be entitled for increase in contractual
amount @ Rs. 26J/-(!W 3% of minimum of Pay Band + Grade Pay of the post) for further extended years and no
other allied benefits as senior/selection scales etc. will be given.
2. The service of the Contract appointee will be purely on temporary basis. The appointment is liable to be
terminated in case the performance/conduct of the contract appointee is not found satisfactory.
3. Contract appointee will be entitled for one day's casual leave after putting one month service. No leave of any
kind is admissible to the contract appointee. She shall not be entitled for Medical Re-imbursement and LTC
etc., only ruareruitv leave will be given as per Rules
4. Unauthorized absence from the dutv without the approval of the controlling office shall automatically lead to
the termination of the contract. Contract appointee shall not be entitled for contractual amount for the period
of absence from duty,
5, Selected candidate will have to submit a certificate of his fitness from a Government/Registered Medical
Practitioner. The Women candidate pregnant beyond twelve weeks will stand temporarily unfit till the
confinement is 0\ er. The women candidate will be re examined for the fitness from an authorized Medical
Officer/Pract it ioner.
6, Contract appointee will be entitled to TA/DA if required to go on tour in connection with his/her official duties
at the same rate as applicable to regular counterpart officials at the minimum of the pay scale.
7, Provisions of service rules like FR, SR, Leave Rules, CPF Rules, Pension Rules & Conduct rules ets, as are
applicable in case of regular employees will not be applicable in case of contract appointees. They will be
entitled for emoluments etc.

d. Character Certificate from a i\lagistratc or Cazetted Officer to whom the candidate may be known for the lastthree years,
e. Certificate of honafide resident of Hirnachal Pradesh.
f. Certificate of registration of the 11P Nursing Council.

the directions that the appointment orders may be issued through concerned Rogi Kalyan Samities
after completion of all codal formalities and candidates may be directed to join their duties within a
fortnight positively failing which the offer will stand withdrawn automatically. Their joining report
may be accepted after verifying the above documents and if any, discrepancy is found the same may
be brought into the undersigned immediately. Their date of joining and place of posting may be
intimated to this Directorate within a week's time positively.

'4. Contractual Female Multipurpose-Health Workerwill be entitled 'for one daycasual leave 'after putting one month service. However, the contract employee willalso be entitled for 12 weeks Maternity Leave and 10 day's Medical Leave. He /She shall not be entitled for Medical Re-imbursement and LTC etc. No leave ofany other kind except above is admissible to the contract appointee,
