Welcome to Southam’s 2019 show! For directions please see the schedule. We are at Onley Grounds Equestrian Complex (CV23 8AJ). Don’t panic, the drive is about 2 miles long and you will drive through the lorry park and equestrian part, bearing round to the left and going onto a track through more fields. We will endeavour to signpost adequately but as we have found out previously, lorries move and signs get obscured. A site plan will be available from ASO and at the secretary’s marquee and on camping arrivals. Notes to all competitors ❖ Camping will be allocated and please park with your tow hitch toward the number marked on the ground. Motorhomes, please park where a caravan would be sited. ❖ Camping admissions are from 3pm on Thursday 12 th September 2019, please inform us of expected late arrivals on the numbers below. Please do not arrive early as we cannot guarantee access to the venue. ❖ Sadly our catering wagon is unavailable on Thursday but will be on site on from Friday. The restaurant and facilities at the farm shop will be open though and there is a Sainsbury’s in Dunchurch, along with several take-aways. ❖ Directions to the vets and hospital are available in the secretary’s tent, and a member of our team is available to accompany you in the event of an emergency. ❖ We are providing packed lunches for ring parties and will also be offering our goody bags, elimination biscuits and special first clear round rosettes – We are a small agility club and appreciate as much help as possible so please support our judges and try and help on the rings when you have a minute. ❖ At the main buildings at Onley, you will find showers, a restaurant, farm shop and butchery. ❖ Please ensure that you keep to the 5mph speed limit on the show ground however non-show vehicles will also be using the drive and may not adhere to the limit so please be vigilant when near the road. ❖ Dogs must not be left loose in camping pitches or tethered to vehicles without human supervision and please try not to allow dogs to bark and lunge from camping pitches at passing people or dogs. ❖ Unless competing or in the exercise area, dogs MUST be on a lead at all times. No more than THREE dogs per person off lead in the exercise area please. ❖ Fingers crossed for some good weather, and in which case please keep your vehicle well ventilated at all times and provide fresh water. Patrols of cars and camping areas will take place all weekend. ❖ We are pleased to have some scouts again to help this year, please be kind to them and remember they may not have attended such an event before so be mindful of this. ❖ Show information and results will be posted live on the Agility Aid results page www.agilityaid.co.uk/results Southam DTC would like to thank all of the judges, ring parties and everyone who has volunteered to help during the weekend.
