vi ABSTRACT Muscoloskeletal disorders represent a main cause for absence from occupational work. Musculoskeletal disorders lead to considerable costs for the public health system. Base on data The Labour Force Survey (LFS) U.K about half of work related disease are muscoloskeletal disorder. Most of them occuring in construction, postal and delivery and health care workers. The purpose of this research was to identify work postures, musculoskeletal complaints and individual characteristics among pharmacy worker RSUD Kota Madiun. This research was non-experimental research, an observational study . Primary data was collected using a questionnaire, BMI measurements, interviews, observation. Obtained data are become processed and analyzed descyptively using qualitative methods of deep interview. Results of research show the identification of the worker posture at pharmacy RSUD Kota Madiun with REBA method obtained 25 % with REBA score of 4-7 ( moderate risk ) , the method RULA obtained 25 % with a score of RULA 1-2 ( natural posture ) , 37.5 % with a score of 3-4 RULA ( Moderate Risk ) , and 12.5 % with a score of 5-6 RULA ( High level risk). ABSTRAK
Gangguan sistem muskoloskeletal merupakan penyebab utama ketidak hadiranpekerja. Gangguan muskoloskeletal membuat sistem kesehatan masyarakatkehilangan biaya yang cukup besar. Sekitar setengah dari total kasus - kasuspenyakit akibat kerja berdasarkan The Labour Force Survey (LFS) U.K adalahmusculoskeletal disorders. Sebagian besar kasus terjadi pada pekerja konstruksi,pengiriman barang dan bagian pelayanan kesehatan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengindentifikasi postur kerja, keluhanmusculoskeletal dan faktor individu pada pekerja Instalasi Farmasi RSUD KotaMadiun
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental yaitu penelitianobservasional deskriptif. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner,pengukuran IMT, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Data yang didapatkan kemudiandiolah dan data yang telah diiolah selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakanmetode kualitatif deep interview.
Hasil penelitian menjukan identifikasi postur kerja pada pekerja InstalasiFarmasi Kota Madiun dengan metode REBA didapatkan 25% dengan skor REBA4-7 (resiko sedang), dengan metode RULA didapatkan 25% dengan skor RULA1-2( postur wajar), 37,5% dengan skor RULA 3-4 (resiko sedang), dan 12,5%dengan skor RULA 5-6 (resiko tinggi). Identifikasi keluhan muskoloskeletalpaling banyak pada bagian pinggang (87,5 %)
