近红外光检测 肝组织血氧含量的临床研究. 邓云特 谢则平 艾黎明 樊枫 文航 蒋芳才 湖北省天门市第一人民医院 华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院. 研究背景. 1. 近年来近红外光谱法已用于临床检测脑血氧和乳腺肿瘤。国外有文献报道采用近红外光检测肝组织血氧含量的 实验研究 ,但未见作为肝病辅助诊断参数的临床应用报道。 2. 华中科技大学谢则平教授等完成了近红外光无创伤检测四氯化碳肝损伤动物模型的实验研究。在此基础上我们进行人体肝脏疾病的临床检测。. 3. 肝脏是一个均质实性富含血器 官,肝小叶分布均匀,肝组织供 血与供氧充足,且靠近体表易于 检测。. - PowerPoint PPT Presentation
