第五章 孝道与法律. 1. 何谓孝道？. 孝指的是子对父母的养育之恩的报答，对父母尽心服侍奉养，顺从父母的意志。 孝字的结构是上“老”下“子”，上面的老人呵护着下面的子孙，下面的子孙肩上背负着侍奉的老人。 东汉许慎 《 说文解字 》 对“孝”字的解释是：“孝，善事父母者，从老，从子，子承老也。” 孝既是一种道德规范，也是宗教规范，摩西 《 十戒 》 之第五戒就是：“你当孝敬父母”。当父母年迈时，你应该给予合理的照料。 孝也是法律义务，成年子女对父母有赡养的义务。 - PowerPoint PPT Presentation
