Organizations operate in an environment of rapid change in all aspects of economic,social, cultural and especially technological, making the achievement of survival, continuityand growth difficult, and requires many diverse means and methods that are compatible withthese variables.
But the success of any organization and enable them to achieve excellence andleadership, creativity can not be achieved without an effective management of intellectual
capital, using methods and modern methods for the development of capabilities andknowledge of creative individuals, which we will try to address it in our intervention.
