Earn-In Terms • Northern Uranium can earn up to an 80%
interest through a 3 stage earn in:
o 50% - spend $3.2M by the end of 2014 ($1.9M spent to date) and issue 4.5M shares and 2.25M warrants
o 70% - spend $2.8M and issue 2.5M shares and 1.25M warrants within an additional 2 years
o 80% - spend $5.6M and issue 5M shares and 2.5M warrants within an additional 2 years
