Common Scenarios Why You Can’t Accept Incentive Offering Scenario 1 – You have multiple PartnerWorld IDs and you are not using the PartnerWorld ID that is

associated with the CEID for the Incentive Offering you wish to accept. Please validate your id in PartnerWorld to ensure it is associated with the Incentive Offering CEID. Contact your co-marketing offering manager to validate the CEID.

Scenario 2 - You have not been invited to the co-marketing incentive offering. Contact your co-marketing offering manager to discuss eligibility.

Scenario 3 – You do not see an Incentive Offering in the drop-down menu because the Incentive Offering has already been accepted. To check if your Incentive Offering has already been accepted, from the Co-marketing Tool homepage, select “Co-marketing Funds,” then select “Incentive Offering,” then select “View Accepted Incentive Offerings.”
