Managing stress – Manage your time

Use a day planner and write out your schedule of classes, activities, work.

Prioritize responsibilities.

Make lists of things to do – use sticky notes.

Find a convenient job you enjoy doing (student employment on campus).

Don’t over commit yourself.

Regulating emotions is a positive way to gain control over stress and emotions.

Emotions are not bad.
