Expediting Placement Cases

• Reduce the numbers of youth going to placements by increasing family preservation services

• Develop a hands-on relationship with placements to ensure that services are individualized, with variable length of stay, family centered and culturally relevant

• Measure and review time frames (dispo to release) reduce referral red-tape and monitor length of time in program.
