OBJECTIVES
• To provide guidelines for the use of eCoaching in a trans national context;
• To set up a European e-coach network of students, teachers and coaches from SME’s;
• To measure the use and the learning effects offered by the E-Coach Network in a pilot;
• To stimulate the use of ICT in learning amongst teachers and SME’s;
• To share best practices and disseminate the outcome of the project

Where are we now?
• E- coaching website ready; few minor bugs
• Logos TELE and partners are ready to be used
• Website for dissimination ready : www.albeda.nl/sites/tele
• Brochure about project is ready

The road ahead
• Finding more participants and add them to the system (most partners)
• Evaluate kick off and pilot, prepare final conference; meeting in April.
• Final conference : evaluation and dissemination whole project (june/july 2008)

Conclusions
• Most partners are a little bit behind schedule; “Blended Learning” ready for kick off
• Now focus on– Finding entrepreneurs, coaches and experts
– Get them to work with the system.
• Gather information from all participants about the system and the project for the final report.
