• follows ADNOC
• Islands (Ex: Upper Zakum, Umm Al dalkh, Satah, Central Island, North Island, West island, South Island and Zirkum).
Mission and Vision
ZADCO’s Medical Clinic
• (Dr.Laila "VP Medical“ responsible for all clinics in islands.
• Dr.Loay and Dr.Nader "Occupational Health Officer"),
• One Nurse .
• 7 office admin .
ZADCO’s Medical Clinic services• fitness certificate, attending ,fax ,calling (doctors need medical report to
approve or reject).
• sick leaves approval, submit their sick leaves online through HRMS(Human Resource Management System)
• CMB (Corporation Medical Board), sick leaves more than 4 days, meeting every week at ADNOC
Staff Shortage• The problem: Shortage in staff.
• Impact: Negative impact (Obstruct the work, low quality, low productivity).
• Suggestions: Redistribution of tasks.
Filling
• The problem: Filling medical records.
• Impact: Negative impact (hard to find medical records ,mess some papers).• Suggestions: hire more employee, one
employee responsible for filling, change old file to new file.
