Deriving it’s serenity from grand mountain range of Himalayas & freshly mowed grass, the town of Dharamsala offers the best suited environment for yoga lovers. Home for great sages & seers, the mystical Himalayas have a deep rooted connect with yoga since time immemorial. Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedic practices and meditation, all facets of yoga find perfect place in the heart of Dharamsala.

Later on we have scheduled Human Anatomy, Yoga philosophy, Ayurvedic treatments, Hatha yoga etc. The day ends with a soothing yoga nidra meditation to allow the students to have a deep sleep. We encourage students to develop bonds among themselves to share their experiences, which inspires them further more.

Weaved to perfection, the day is structured around activities that would best suit the students and the needs of the programme. Starting with Ashtanga Vinyasa in the morning, it is followed by relaxing pranayama sessions.

Incorporating all sorts of needs, the rooms are available on private or sharing basis. An amalgamation of both modern and contemporary facilities, we ensure to offer ashram like environment with cleanliness & hygiene. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, Hot water, healthy food. The day is infused with afternoon tea/juices on a daily basis.
