• Review talent pipeline - number of members in LC, their development and next steps, possible re-allocation

• Needs in each area/project - check with every EB member/PM if they need members in their team and with which profile. Ensure that every team has minimum 3 members

• OGX goals - ask LCVP OGX about the number and profile of members that will go first for exchange

• LC plan analysis - analyze the goals and the reality of your LC plan; who do you need to achieve your organizational goals and goals for each area?

DT and ET EPs are the most matchable profiles

DT TNs are available in Brazil, Colombia and a lot of countries of AP (India, Indonesia, China, etc.) and in some countries of CEE (Russia, Poland, Turkey, etc.)

ET TNs for teaching English are available in CEE countries

MT EPs: Business Administration marketing, banking, financial services and insurance

TT EPs: computer services hardware and software, telecommunications and electronics

• Weekly calendar - ask person how many hours per week can spend working in AIESEC/to mark the time he/she is busy

• Availability to go for internship - ask if person wants to go for internship, when and for how long

• Availability to take LR role - ask if and when approximately person wants to take leadership skills working with and managing the team, developing the project etc.
