Overview of the Values Survey: Key Points
• Survey was completed by 310 members (~10% of our population, which is considered a good representation for a volunteer non-profit organisation like ourselves)
• Members indicated their Top 10 ten values in three aspects: Personal Values, Current Culture Values, and Desired Culture Values
• Values that showed up in the Top 10 consistently were:– Making a Difference (Showed up in all three aspects)
– Entrepreneurial (Showed up in all three aspects)
– Commitment to Vision (Current and Desired Culture Values)
– Integrity (Personal Values and Desired Culture Values)
• The number 1 Culture Value is Confusion. This is what we as Circle Leadership and XL Nation Leaders can and must impact. The Purpose of this call is to take steps to impact that – and leave with ACTIONS each of us can take in our Circles to increase clarity and focus.
The Seven Levels of Values are:

3. Self-esteem
4. Transformation
5. Cohesive Community
6. Contribution7. Service to World
