Document and Visa Requirements:
A. Applicants of foreign / Turkish citizenship submit the following documents:
1. On-line or paper application form consisting of application documents (it can be filled in online or downloaded from the VUZF University web-site and sent via courier or purchased in the building).
2. Copy of the diploma or transcript for completed Vocational school education and copy of the annex including scores.
3. Document issued by competent Turkish authority, certifying the applicant's right to continue education in higher education institution (applies for Bachelor’s degree applicants).
4. Academic transcript (for partial term of study applicants).
5. Medical certificate issued one month before the date of application and certified by the appropriate authorities.

6. Copy of the citizenship documentation (applies for applicants with dual citizenship, one of which is Bulgarian).
7. Valid TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge ESOL – CAE, CPE certificate – applies ONLY for applicants to the Joint Program with the University of Maryland University College and applicants to the Financial Management and Marketing (in English).
8. Document certifying the level of proficiency in Bulgarian for majors taught in Bulgarian language (applies for applicants who won’t take part in language participation course).
9. Proof of payment of applicant’s document submission fee – 50 €.
10. Four current photographs of size 3.5 / 4.5 cm.

B. Applicants of double or Bulgarian citizenship submit the following documents:
1. On-line or paper application form consisting of application documents (it can be filled in online or downloaded from the VUZF University web-site and sent via courier or purchased in the building).
2. Copy of the diploma or transcript for completed Vocational school education and copy of the annex including scores.
3. Proof of payment of respective fees - document submission fee and exam fee if required.
4. Document from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science recognizing completed Vocational school education in other country (applies for applicants who have completed their previous education abroad).
5. Valid TOEFL, IELTS, O level and A level exams in English or Cambridge ESOL – CAE, CPE certificate – applies ONLY for applicants to the Joint Program with the University of Maryland University College and applicants to Financial Management and Marketing (English).
