1.It's possible to push off work to your patrons2.Know that all of this will cause more work for you3.Your users will get more control (they like that)4.Have enough money as a buffer to provide this level

of service5.Be able to cut funding in other areas to provide

funding in these areas6.Provide a long term plan to allow space, equipment,

and flexibility to change.7.Don't do everything!
