PIPING

WELDING SYSTEM is specialist in pipe fabrication and modular engineering facility, cutting and bevellingmachinery in order to offer customers complete fabrication and modular engineering services from designconcept through to off-site build. From simple manifolds to complex projects Welding System develop GAdrawings into spooled drawings suitable for off-site pre-fabrication. Welding System grant full weld and materialstracking and x-ray inspection of welds and other not destructive examination.

EQUIPMENT - PRESSURE VESSEL

WELDING SYSTEM has in-house fabrication facilities withskilled welder, including semi—authomatic welding overlay.Over the 3 years more than 30 qualified welding procedureshave been processed for different materials and thicknesses.Welding System organizzation offer a complete supply,including sand blasting and painting facilities and heattreatment furnaces.

SITE AND ERECTION

WELDING SYSTEM has been operating since 2014 in the industrial erection and maintenance either in Italy or abroad in the following sectors:– Oil & Gas– Chemical & Petrochemical– Power Generation– Ecology

In addition to the mechanical activities, WELDING SYSTEM can grant to the Client a complete service at site including (if required) the following activities:– Civil works– Electrical and instrumentation– Insulation and refractory lining– Commissioning and start-up assistanceSkilled fitters assembling and qualified welders in off-site manufacturing environment to provide you with quality, cost effective solutions.

BOILER / SERVICE

WELDING SYSTEM offer fully supply about ordinary and extra ordinaryservice with specialized workers, pipefitters, EN/ASME qualified welders.Completing the service WELDING SYSTEM offer UT thickness control andfinal relation to avoid emergency plant shutdown.
