appointment.
Arrival and Dismissal:

7:30 and 7:55 AM. Students
must be in their classrooms by
8:00 AM

car tag for pick up in the
afternoon

at home this summer:
❏ Fine motor skills: cutting, coloring, holding a pencil, opening
lunch containers
❏ Getting velcro or slip on shoes
❏ Counting objects
❏ Letter and sound recognition
❏ Number recognition to ten
❏ Write letters (lower and uppercase)
❏ Write numbers to 20
❏ Managing bathroom needs: buttons and zippers
❏ Writing name properly

■First Day of School: Tuesday, August 10th
■Kindergarten Independence Day: Monday, August 16th
*Parents may walk their kindergarten student to class in the morning
during the first week of school.

Unified Dress Code
■ Del Prado has a unified dress code policy
■ Please label all jackets, backpacks and lunchboxes
■ Students should wear a Del Prado T-shirt or a solid, collared
polo-type shirt and solid bottoms
■ Shorts, pants, skorts or skirts can be worn
■ Students should wear close-toed shoes
■ Please send in an extra change of clothes (labeled)
