Be sure and bring an AR book &/or homework to

class everyday.

Print only 1.1. Write your name on the top. Staple pages together. Turn in at the hand-in box.

Please DO NOT put it on my desk.

No food, drinks, or gum inside the computer lab.

When your class arrives please: Enter quietly. Sit in your assigned

spot. Keep hands off the

keyboard and mouse.

Wait quietly for instructions.

Don’t touch or tamper with cords or plug-ins.

Do keep chairs on the ground at all times.

Don’t personalize the computers

This includes: Installing screen savers from the Internet.

Changing the desktop background.

Changing the video and audio settings.

Adding, changing or moving icons on the desktop.

Take your hands off the keyboard.

Stop talking. Eyes on the

teacher. Listen for

further instructions.

As a courtesy to the next class, please leave the lab as you found it:

All programs closed and returned to the blue screen.

Chair pushed in. Work area clean. Paper in recycle bin.

Level 1

Student is out of control, consistently not following rules or respecting others.

Level 2

Student is bullying/disrespectful, and often not following the rules.

Level 3

Student occasionally needs reminders the to stay on task and follow all the

rules by themselves.

Level 4

No reminding needed! Student has self control,

stays on task, and follow the rules.

Verbal warning. 5 minutes off computer. Computer privilege lost

for the day. Call parent and/or send

to the principal. Send to principal with

written referral.

Reminder:

No one will be allowed to work on computers until the Computer Lab Agreement is signed by the student and parent and returned to Mrs. Sandman!
