How does the system work?

@enlightedinc

The Enlighted System, which is one sensor per fixture, is the simplest and most advanced way of managing a building’s physical environment.

31

@enlightedinc32

It Starts with a Sensor

Durable wireless antenna

Removable bezel (for customizable painting)

Digital Motion

Photocell

Temperature Sensing

Bluetooth 4.0 BLE radio for beaconing (select models)

Threaded base (secure installation)

18 AWG solid copper wiring for plug and play w/driver (select models)

Local microprocessor and memory

Green or Red LEDs indicate sensor status

@enlightedinc

Integrated Sensor Powered by Luminaire

33

Each sensor ‘sees’

approximately 100 sqft. diameter

@enlightedinc

Sensors communicate wirelessly to Gateway

34

Power metering occurs in

Control Unit and not Sensor

@enlightedinc

Gateway is wired (Ethernet) to Energy Manager

35

Data is collected and transferred

to the Energy Manager or through the

cloud

@enlightedinc

Room Controllers or Apps set light levels

ENLIGHTED Typical Enlighted Design Guidelines• 1 Senor Unit per fixture where people sit and work. (Open & Private Offices, Conf. Rms)

• 1 Sensor Unit per path of egress or lingering area

in common areas (Corridor, Lobbies, Cafés, etc.)

• 1 Room Controller per enclosed space

• 1 Gateway per 200 Sensor Units

• 1 PoE Switch per 4 Gateways. (ENL can use client’s existing network backbone)

• 1 Energy Manager per 1000 Sensors, up to 20,000

sensors using the enterprise version
