1. NavigatetoRegistrar’sOffice,thenclicktheformssectionintheredbox.ClickonTransientRequestFormUndergraduateRegistrar>forms>TransientRequestFormUndergraduate

2. Fillouttheelectronicform,seeexamplebelow.

3. Uponreceiptofthecompletedform,anofficialTransientPermissionFormwillbereturnedtoyouviaDocuSign.

4. ClickonReviewDocument,anagreementwillpopulateacrossthescreenforsignatureandverification.

6. Filloutthehighlightedareasindicatedforyou.CompletetheformviaDocuSignandclickfinish.

7. AconfirmationofthecompletedformwillbeemailedtotheStudent,Student’sAdvisor,theExecutiveDirectorofCASSandtheHostUniversitywherethestudentwillbetransient.
