What the Trip IncludesWhat the Trip Includes• Professional Tour Company – 30 years experience• Transportation by airplane to and from Manchester
or Boston to DC airports• Motor coach transportation between Westford and
airport and all during stay in DC• 3 days FULL itinerary: museum admission, photo at
the Capitol, and evening activities• 2 nights hotel stay• Night security at the hotel• All meals covered • Experienced tour guides throughout the trip

- Students will be chaperoned in groups of 10-12.
- Security officers are provided in the hotel and will alert chaperones to any problem(s)
at night.
- School Nurse will be on the trip.
Students who exhibit inappropriate behavior may be sent home at the parent’s
expense.
• Students are assigned 3 - 4 per room
• Every effort is made to room students with at least one friend
• No co-ed rooms or floors
