The contemporary touch of classic design
A classic is a classic because it always has a fresh look.
Even today Verner Panton’s design is outstanding and edgy.
Being one of the true rebels and pioneers in the world of lighting and furniture design, Panton has become an icon. Devoted and so true to his visions and ideas that his creative language shocked his surroundings when he started designing and continues to leave people amazed today.
Adding a touch of Panton between any 4 walls instantly transforms the room. For many years we have produced his famous lamps at Verpan, carefully merging quality and originality in order to create a lamp that lights up the room even when it’s turned off.
We have now expanded our Verner Panton range and are introducing a new collection of furniture and rugs from the Verner Panton archives.
It’s amazing to experience how these old, visionary designs can make a room come to life today, instantly elevating and upgrading the surroundings.
To us, that is what it’s all about. Upgrading spaces, people and experiences in everything we do. That is why we not only produce the finest Verner Panton products, but are also known for our exquisite service and attention to detail.
Welcome. Step inside the world of Verpan and Verner Panton.

Fun
1964
The lamps in the Fun series are composed of metal or mother of pearl round discs which are flexibly connected with one another by small metal rings. Arranged in chains of varying length, the discs are either suspended from a metal ring or - in the case of the larger models - a round ceiling plate.
Depending on the number and length of the chains of discs, the lamps take differ-ent shapes. The bulb is in each case located in the center. The heat emitted by the bulb creates thermal radiation that creates slight movement among the discs, which act as reflectors.

The controlled light. The transparent light. The colored light. Both Panto and VP Globe
planets are unusually light globes. Avail-able from all sides. Kind and forthcoming.
An airy bubble which will give the light optimum working conditions and let it show
its best advantage in space. The light discs above and below the shielded bulb and again
could be related to the ball allows variation and adaptation of the light to fit the space.
And they show Verner Panton’s great feeling for the technical aspects, materials and op-
portunities, and bright.

Moon
1960
MoonThe lamp consists of a large numbers of ring-shaped, discs which are suspended around the centrally located bulb. The fan-shaped discs hide the bulb and at the same time serve as reflectors, through which a soft light is spread throughout the room. The Moon pendant is one of Verner Panton’s earliest luminaires. It consists of ten ring-shaped blades positioned in such a way that they can move. The Moon pendant justifi-ably gets its name from its shape and the quality of light coming from it.

Spiral pendants were designed in 1969 by Verner Panton. The Spiral pendants are
available in various types of commuting. Whether you want them to metal frames or lace, or at 1, 2 or 3 bunches. Available
in colors gold, silver and white. The Spiral lamp is another example of Verner Panton’s
play with colors and shapes. If the Spiral lamp is hit by a light breeze appears the
closest to live and offers a wonderful reflec-tion of the room.

This lamp can be regarded as a further de-velopment of the Fun lamps. Instead of discs made of shell or aluminium Panton this time used plastic balls. Special, warm and “alive” emanations are some of the characteristics of this unusual pendant designed by Verrner Panton. The lamp is funky, fun, stylish and above all, it is very different. It looks amaz-ing when hung in groups.

Variously sized, ring-shaped plastic tubes hung from metal chains form the complex spatial structure of the UFO lamps, which were designed in a number of different versions. The
tubes hide the light source and at the same time serve as reflectors.
The tubes are made of polycarbonat. The pendant consists of both white and red tubes. That space age style
can only be from one decade and indeed, it does date back to 1975,
offering a series of suspended plastic hoops which acts as reflectors to
create a light that’s both bright and ornamental.

Illumesa

Model Illumesa
Diameter 78 cm
Height 37 cm
IllumesaThe Ilumesa is simultaneous-ly a lamp and side table. It consists
of two almost identical cylinder-shaped sections which are placed
one on top of the other. The fitting for the light source is located in the lower section. Illumesa can be used
outdoor (made with IP44 – for out door use). But do not expose to sub-
zero temperatures. This may damage plastic shell.

Onion
1977
The Onion lamp (in the seventies the lamp was known under the name YAMAGIWA) is in form reminiscent of the cross section of an onion and consists of a large number of metal discs lacquered white. These hide the light source and at the same time act as reflectors. The Onion pendant comes in two sizes. Besides the pendant the Onion is also available as table lamp.

Bar Boy is a mobile storage piece produced in moulded wood and comprising four cylindrical parts. Two of the elements swing out to function as tables. Verner Panton designed Bar Boy in 1963 when he was living in Basel, Switzerland. During this period, Panton was particularly interested in designing furniture that allowed greater flexibility in the interior design and he often mounted his designs on wheels.
