uses amplification but reports it is “static-y”   “Voice fades” by 11am  Frequent coughing and throat clearing  Drinks 80+ oz of water and no caffeine  Takes multiple asthma and allergy

medications  Diagnosed with dysphonia resultant from

true vocal fold scarring secondary to three laser-excision procedures for removal of vocal fold nodules at an outside ENT
