Petrochemical and Fertilizer clients in IRAN, ASIA and EMEA regions, guided team of 3 people !– Handled Product portfolio comprising Pipe Lines, Valves, Fittings, OCTG, Casings, Drill Bits, Isolation Joints, Pig

Traps and Wellhead Equipments. – Sole responsible for Negotiations from suppliers and buyers and framing PO & FFP contracts and evaluation for

risk assessment and renegotiation and taking steps to mitigate risks. Coordinating with Warehouse and logistic partner and Banks for deliverables.

– Manage the supply chain to achieve budget, quality and schedule requirements – Performs regional market analysis for services and commodities as required and advising on Contracts terms . – Contribute in the full tender process including identifying risks and opportunities associated with submissions

and liaising with the business and the client to create effective solutions. – Directly address notices of deviation with supplier or with buyer to resolve the issues – Directly manage team of total 6 personal based in Dubai, Pakistan, Iran, KSA for Tenders and support to business

and legal compliance as well as established performance criteria based on supplier and customer requirements. – Strategic sourcing, qualifying suppliers, expediting, commodity management and issuing requests for proposal. – Negotiate and administer Strategic Purchase Agreements – Monitor supplier performance metrics, evaluating inventory costs and turn times. !

logistics contracts on a large scale, researching contractual issues. – Directly negotiate and resolve notices of delay, extensions of time, subcontracts and/or supplier agreements

required to complete works. – Assist in the review contractual obligations with management and evaluate counter-proposals. – Assess adherence to project schedules and evaluate cost to budget. – Meticulously maintain all site correspondence, documentation and records pertaining to contracts. – Prepare reports, correspondence and submissions to key stakeholders and clients. – Actively engage in projects that require the research of supplies, products and equipment for various
