OUR VENUES WinSport’s world-class facility is home to one of the most dynamic event and meeting spaces in Calgary - right on one of the primary venues of the 1988 Winter Olympic Games . Our purposeful venues feature bright, open spaces with floor to ceiling windows, menus tailored for your occasion by our executive chef and state-of-the-art audio and visual . You can also diversify your event by taking your guests out of the room and onto the hill for skiing, snowboarding, bobsleigh rides, mini golf, Skyline Luge or ziplining from the highest vantage point in the city to see Calgary’s stunning skyline . WinSport is a not-for-profit community-based organization that owns and operates Canada Olympic Park . Our vision is to be a world-leading centre for athletic development . We inspire human potential through the spirit of sport by introducing people to winter and mountain sports, helping them develop their skills and thereby igniting a passion for sport and lifelong learning .

WinSport does not receive any direct government funding for our operations . We support our purpose by building on the legacy of the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympic Games and by delivering exceptional value and experiences to our guests .

This room can be booked at its full capacity of 7,200 sq . ft . for large events or broken into three smaller rooms . AMPHITHEATER Our 407, 328 square foot amphitheater features a spectacular view of Calgary to the north with iconic ski jump towers to the south! Due to its shape as a bowl, the views are great from any location the stage is set in .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENU SELECTIONIn order to ensure availability, we request that your menu selection be confirmed with your Event Coordinator no later than two weeks prior to your event . Please advise your Sales Specialist of any special dietary requirements as soon as possible .

BAR LIQUOR SERVICEWinSport adheres to the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission regulations . Cash and host bars with a net revenue less than $300 .00 are subject to a bartender labour charge of $30 .00 per hour (minimum three-hour charge per bartender for the duration of the event) .

EVENT TIMESSpace for the event is booked only for the times indicated in your agreement . If setup and dismantle time is required, please notify us at the time of booking .

MUSICAll events where music is played are subject to SOCAN (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) and re-sound tariff fees, which are applied to the final bill . Any music played within the premises is subject to compliance with municipal by-laws .*Estimated SOCAN fee: $60 per event

DELIVERY AND STORAGEYour Sales Specialist must be notified in advance of any materials being sent to the premises . This is to ensure we properly receive all of your items . All deliveries must be clearly labelled and are to be received by WinSport no more than 24 hours prior to the event, unless special arrangements have been made directly with the Sales Specialist . All articles delivered or left on the premises by your party are your responsibility . WinSport accepts no liability for loss or damage to any articles left on the premises . All items belonging to you or your guests must be removed from the event space at the end of the day .
