ligament of Treitz.

• Investigations• Diagnosis

• Coagulation profile

• Serum electrolytes

• BUN/creatinine ratio ≥ 30

• Blood grouping and cross match

• Stool routine (occult blood)

• HIV, HbsAg, Anti HCV

• RFT

• LFT

• Gastrin levels

Endoscopy• Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)*

• Video capsule endoscopy

• Push Enteroscopy

• Single/double ballon.
