why brides traditionally wear or carry something old,

something new, something borrowed, and something blue?

reasonreason

Reason:1. “Something old” which has brought good luck to its owner in the past will also bring good luck to the new owner. 2. “Something new” is a symbol of hope for the future. 3. “Something borrowed” adds the good luck of the giver to the bride. 4. “Blue” is considered to be a lucky color.
