四、 集体备课,共同进步 面对全新的教材,发挥集体的智慧,弘扬团队协作精神显得尤为重要,只有这样才能提高课堂教学质量。我们确定每周三下午开始我们的集体备课,备课组长提前一周将板块按任务分工,确定备课内容,分头完成初案,同时要求所有老师都要提前熟悉整个单元。每次集体备课时都会确定讨论的主题,主讲老师展示教学方案,并能提出重点难点的突破方法,然后其他老师进行质疑,补充,完善。再由主讲老师根据集体讨论的结果进行修改,将确定的教案,课件以及相应练习放入我们的共享文件夹里。因为同一个年级不同班级的学生水平存在着差异,我们每个老师又根据各自班级的实际情况对教案进行个性化的第三次备课,进行调整,修改。这样既达到发挥集体的智慧,又张扬了个性的目的。在我们的集体备课中,每个老师都感觉有收获,尤其是年轻老师,在新课程理念的指引下,在这样一个团结协作的集体中,感觉成长很快。

Language learning is a long process, we teachers need patience, as well as the students. In order to be patient, we need new ideas every day. In order to be creative, we need to cooperate with other teachers and our students.

In one word, our work is made up of patience, creativity and cooperation.
