•A UNIFORM ISSUE SLIP IS PROVIDED.

•UNIFORM IS ISSUED FROM THE LINEN ROOM WHERE IT IS ENTERED IN A REGISTER & THE SIGNATURE OF THE EMPLOYEE IS TAKEN.

• 3 SETS OF UNIFORMS ARE GENERALLY ISSUED FOR NEW JOINEES

Issuing of uniform for regular employees

•Given on one-for-one basis that is one fresh for one soiled one.

•On leaving the organization one has to get the clearance for uniform.

•Storage areas should have proper ventilation

•Should not be humid & should be free from all kinds of pests

•Employees are in turn provided with proper lockers to keep their uniform neat & safe
