Tyre residents file lawsuit challenging tax benefits for Seneca County casino

A group of Tyre residents have filed a legal challenge arguing that Lago Resort & Casino, a casino proposal in Seneca County, is ineligible to receive tax benefits from the Seneca County Industrial Development Authority.
