Can I Clean Marble Easily?
Yes you can! Whether you are simply cleaning down the whole countertop or working out a stain, marble cleaning is easy. Warm water and dish soap sprayed onto the counter works perfectly and, for stains, mixing baking soda and water into a paste and leaving overnight lifts stains out

AppearanceSoapstone has a smooth, waxy feel that resists stains and moisture better than bluestone. It is most commonly gray or bluish-gray, and sometimes features large, white veins. New soapstone has a pale, chalky appearance before it is oiled.
Bluestone is harder and more porous than soapstone. Tiles and pavers used for interior flooring and patios are rough, but slabs can be honed or sanded to smooth the texture, making it as flat as a soapstone countertop. The most common colors are blue-gray and gray-green, but it is sometimes mottled with dramatic, contrasting shades of rust, red and pinkish-brown. Some bluestone also contains mica, which gives a metallic-looking shine.

Maintaining Cambria® is easy.Simply wash with a soft cotton cloth and warm water, and mild soap if desired.
DO NOT expose, in use or otherwise, Cambria to abrasive, strong alkaline, acid, free radicals, oxidizers, or cleaners of the like (whether high, neutral, or low pH). Various chemicals are corrosive and/or erosive in their ability to attack any structure, including Cambria. Be very aware of these potential damages to its surface.
Cambria IS NOT heat proof, chemical proof, or fracture proof in any form. Be aware of damaging exposure to these potential damaging acts upon your Cambria.

• Unlike marble, sinks and tub and shower surrounds won’t chip or crack.
• Unlike tile, these surfaces have few seams and require less grout. Fewer seams mean that there are fewer places for dirt and grunge to collect.

• Use warm soapy water, ammonia-based household cleaner
• Do avoid window cleaners
• Film will build up on countertops if water is left to dry on the surface, wipe the countertop completely dry immediately after spills and cleaning
• Darker colors tend to require more attention than lighter colors.
• Corian® solid surface is heat resistant, but it is important to minimize direct heat exposure to protect your surface and investment
Do not place hot pots, pans, etc. directly on the countertop surface.
