Booking Terms and Conditions By booking a Course from this brochure you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions stated here.
Full payment must be made for the Course Booking to be confirmed. This applies when delegates are paying the fees or when the employer or other sponsoring organisation is paying the fees on their behalf.
Using your ILA Account Some of the courses in this Brochure are marked as ILA Eligible, (see Index) which means that you may use all or part of your annual ILA allowance. A deposit is required for your place to be booked on the course if you are going to be using your ILA account to pay for this course.
If the ILA Account is intended to cover the full cost of the Course this deposit will be 25% of the Course fee, with a minimum payment of £25.00.
If the ILA Account is not intended to cover the full cost of the Course this deposit will be the full balance which you would be due to pay.
You will need to provide your ILA Account Number if known at the time of booking. If you do not yet have this set up (i.e. the Course being booked may be in the following year) then the ILA Account should be submitted as soon as you get this set up. The last point at which the ILA Account Number can be submitted is 2 weeks before the Course Start Date – otherwise you will be unable to use the ILA Account towards this Course, however you may pay in full to retain your booking.
As the provider of the training, we need your account number to enrol you for this course on the ILA website. Once this has been done the ILA will send you an ILA token. As soon as the course has started you need to submit this ILA token to our Finance Service so we can again update the ILA website and obtain the funding direct from the ILA to cover (some or all of) your course fees. Each ILA token issued has an expiry date which is the last possible date we can access the funds to pay for the course. However it is recommended that you submit the ILA token as soon as the course has started.
If the ILA Account is covering the full cost of the course once your token has been submitted to Finance Services – and as long as it is before the Expiry Date – then this deposit will be fully refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not submit your ILA token by the expiry date you will be due to pay the full amount for the course.
Cancellations and TransfersIf you are booked on a course and need to cancel or transfer, please phone Customer Services as soon as possible. The following will apply to all delegates, including those intending to use ILA funding.

For these courses if you meet the eligibility criteria you can claim a fee waiver and will therefore not need to make payment for the course. In order to have your place confirmed you must post/bring in proof of your eligibility. Once this has been viewed by staff your place will be booked and you will receive confirmation by post.
You may post a photocopy of your proof if this is more suitable, but you will still be required to bring in the original documentation on the first day of the course so your Fee Waiver Status can be confirmed – otherwise we are obliged to charge the full price of the course.
