START PLANNING-Positions of each buildings and purposes.-Streets and pathways, numbering of buildings.-How the area is planned -Come out with layout plans, master plans
STAGE 5:PLAN PROPOSAL
-Propose plans to partners, stake holders etc.-Includes the plan map with its specifications-Come out with a plan report
STAGE 6:APPROVAL OF THE PLAN
The city planning board approves town plans.
STAGE 7:ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE PLAN.
-After approval, the plan becomes effective-Announced in the newspapers-Move on if no appeals made
STAGE 8:
CONSTRUCTION STARTSMonitoring and review:*If there are sudden changes, additions or adjustmentsto the plan.
