Together We Can! Recovery Alumni Group

We are excited to offer additional activities and support for alumni of our Pine Rest Retreat Center recovery programs, as well as their friends and family. These informational and educational meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of every month and are free of charge.

The evening will start with exploring topics such as addiction education, family support options and new dangers in addiction. A guest speaker from the recovery community will share his/her experiences with the group. Some of our past speakers have included Brandon Hool (Grand Rapids Red Project), Brian Keeley (Executive Director, Recovery Allies), and Dr. Bruce Springer (Pine Rest Addiction Services).

Following the speaker, we’ll have time for Retreat Center alumni support and sharing, discussions on options for long term recovery, relapse prevention, stress management, getting back into recovery after relapse, opportunities for getting involved in recovery support, and more.

Open to all Retreat Center alumni, family and friends, professionals and students.
