selected by the European Union - Environment Committee

Geo Power Groupdirectors & mediators of New Energy projects

Geo Power Group is a Dutch company with the aim to develop, finance, realize and manage New Energy production plants for the generation and large scale supply of green electricity, heat, biofuels, gas and organic fertilizers.

Climate change, dwindling resources, the growth of the world population and the increase of our prosperity make greater demands on finding new and renewable sources of energy for our daily energy need and the environment.

The figures and results mentioned in this presentation are based on current

market and assumed practical conditions and can only be finalized after

feasibility study and (feedstock) testing of the referred project(s).

Geo Power Groupdirectors & mediators of New Energy projects

OrganisationOur experienced company and project management team(s), with many years of experience in various complementary disciplines, has a broad and large international network. All have a passion for creating large supplies of sustainable energy from renewable sources in conjunction with profitable projects.

Our FocusOur focus is on Thermolysis, Waste to Energy, Hydro electricity, Solar, Biomass & biofuels, Wind and Deep geothermal in co-operation with professional international management -, production - and operational partners. In the base using proven techniques, but with an eye for new innovative applications.

the Total Waste Solution & Energy Plant

The complete TWSE plant has 4 major process phases:

1. shifting organic & non-organic – press technique

2. high yield fermentation (organic stream) – new energy

3. optimal sorting for recycling (non-organic stream) – reusable materials

4. the thermolysis unit (non-organic stream) – new energy

- extra thermolysis units for seperated waste streams – new energy

Phase 1. shifting organic & non-organic

● latest techniques

● separating organic & non-organic – press technique

● 600 till 1000 bar

● breaking the cell structure provides a high yield fermentation

● less moisture in non-organic stream - higher new energy value

● cleaner digestate – more and better biogas & fertilizers

Press & cyclon technique in practice

Phase 2. high yield fermentation (organic stream)

● breaking cell structure (press) provides high yield fermentation

● cleaner digestate, better compost & fertilizers

● cleaner digestate, active fermantation proces

● CHP brings electricity & heath/cooling

● additional – water purification and reuse

Phase 3. optimal sorting for recycling (non-organic stream)

● optimal sorting of reusable materials

● plastics, ferros, non-ferros, sand, stones, glass, pvc etc.

● handpicking and/or automatic sorting

● tuning the degree of sorting

● tuning the caloric value of RDF/SRF

● bringing the sorted materials to the market

● sorted materials to new energy production (oil, gas, electricity)

The sorting line in practice

Phase 4. the thermolysis unitconverts recycling residues and seperated waste streams into New Energy

● anaerobic thermal process of feedstock - gasification - condensation

● thermolysis latest techniques & engineering - laboratory

● proven operational thermolysis techniques - over 10 years

● non organic waste from waste press & sorting unit

● RDF and SRF - calorific value between 17 and 19 MJ/kg

● final thermoysis products: - gas - oil - electricity - green coal

The TWSE plant – Process Flow

The advantages of the TWSE plant

● environmentally friendly waste treatment process – low emissions

● decentralized placement – less polluting transport movements

● already profitable from 30.000 tons of unsorted waste per year

● scalable to every desired size

● custom design – all 4 phases as independent unit possible

● relatively low investment

● high environmental and economic yields

● large amount of re-usable materials

● most complete, ‘green’ & profitable waste treatment process

● high yield of new energy (electricity, heat, oil, gas)

● co-operation with local organisation(s)

● continuity, innovation and management supportby Geo Power Group & partners

Possibile collaborations

● joint venture

● purchase of equipment

● funding / finance

● maintenance

● supervision

● open for other possibilities
