What is it?

The purpose of the Big Sister/Little Sister Program is to :– Provide support, advice, and guidance to freshmen,

sophomore, and first-year transfer students in the College of Engineering

– Promote positive influence, motivation, and leadership in academia and personal life

– Ensure that all members maintain active roles within SWE

What is it?

• An after-school club for high school girls where students:– Receive mentorship from collegiate UTEP SWE members– Work on technical projects and creative engineering – Have the opportunity to receive laboratory tours– Develop their leadership by being in officer positions

What is it?

• Engineering nights for high school students that will occur 1-2 times a semester.

• Will include:– Interactive modules– Guest speakers
