You're probably going to rotate your current job and reinvent yourself every five years. People don’t go to work the same way they did 10 years ago. The digital learning revolution through technology and the integration of that within our lives has put the power in the hands of the individual. Today’s corporate professional considers itself a workforce of one, and the training department should support this change or get out of the way.
