As part of National Science Week, we hosted a STEM insight day at Flybe
Training Academy. Students from across the South West explored a range of
workshops including; programming a robotic arm, preventing a nuclear
meltdown in VR, and atmospheric sciences focusing on forecasting the weather.
Partners included;
Three students who impressed the exhibitors with
their enthusiasm have been invited back to Flybe for
a tour of the hanger, as well as the exciting
opportunity to have a go on one of Flybe’s
commercial aircraft simulators.
